Highlights included a visit to the 'bee man' Michel, who talked passionately about his bees and showed us all the steps to produce his delicious honey completely naturally, the beautiful local lavender farm and the wood-fired bakery where we watched the razor blade- chewing baker produce that morning's batch of pain de campagne (he uses the razor to slash each loaf before it goes into the oven!).
